On Friday, Feb. 20, the Knights of Columbus Marquette Council 588 in Sussex County, N.J., held their 20th annual fish fry. Partnering with the Our Lady of the Lake Parish Youth Group in Sparta, N.J., the knights sold out 235 meals — a 15 percent increase from the previous year and continued their trend of year-over-year growth. The Knights of Council 588 are excited to expand this event even further next year and thank those throughout the diocese who participated and donated.
