Young Catholics from neighboring parishes confirmed in Clifton

On April 27, Bishop Kevin J. Sweeney presided over the sacrament of confirmation at St. Andrew the Apostle Parish in Clifton, N.J. Thirteen young Catholics from St. Andrew’s and neighboring St. Clare Parish were sealed with the Gift of the Holy Spirit during the ceremony.

Vested in red stoles and accompanied by their sponsors, the confirmands completed a journey of faith preparation rooted in prayer, service, and catechesis. The Mass drew family members, sponsors, and parishioners who filled the church to witness this milestone in the life of the local Church.

Confirmed were: Nicole Data, Nina Krasowska, Kenneth Lee, Leonardo Lopez, Kyle Ross, Mark Suscreba, Jamille Rodriguez, Sofia Fernandez, Julia Grabowski, Kayla Valcin, Angel Luis Velez Sr., Stefany Rouiller-Geary, and Yasmin Irizarry.
