Teens Learn about Spirit’s Fruits And Gifts

About 60 teens learned more about the Fruits and Gifts of the Holy Spirit and how to live them out daily during the second of three Diocesan Regional Retreats, called “Knights of the Spirit,” on Feb. 22 at Good Shepherd Parish in Andover.

John Cammarata, youth ministry director of the Paterson Diocese and religious education and youth ministry director at St. Peter the Apostle Parish in Parsippany, and the Diocesan Youth Leadership Team led the retreat. Father Paul Manning, diocesan vicar for evangelization, celebrated a Mass that concluded the event.

The Diocesan Office of Youth Ministry is sponsoring the regional retreats. The last retreat in the series will be held on Saturday, March 22, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at St. Bonaventure Church in Paterson. Registration is open at https://insidethewalls.org/diocesan-regional-retreat
