Rockaway parish presents book on vocations to Divine Mercy Academy

The Vocations Committee of Saint Cecilia Parish in Rockaway, N.J., presented two copies of the newly published book “Look and Learn Vocations” to Divine Mercy Academy (DMA), also in Rockaway. The book is authored by Casey Pawelek and encourages young readers to ask the question, “who is God calling you to be?” The book’s description states that it will “help kids discover the many ways they can fulfill their purpose as members of God’s family, the Church.” This illustrated faith-filled book encourages young readers to be curious and explore the unique and diverse opportunities in living out God’s plan.”

Pictured at the presentation with students from DMA are Father Matt Darlak, parochial vicar of St. Cecilia’s; Sister of Christian Charity Chiara Marie Stimpfle, a fifth-grade teacher at DMA; and Kelly Casella, principal of the academy.
