The Knights of Columbus Msgr. Lange Assembly 1562 held an all-you-can-eat pasta dinner at St. Jude Parish in the Budd Lake neighborhood of Mount Olive Township, N.J., on April 18. After an extended absence, this semi-annual dinner returned with support from the assembly’s local feeder parishes and experienced record-setting attendance. Assembly 1562 Faithful Navigator Mike Spiecker recognized the Assembly’s Sir Knights who participated in the event and resident (chef) Tom Rohe and his crew who provided the meal. Net proceeds from the dinner will go to support veterans and veterans programs.
