Parish Men’s Cornerstone marks 25 years of brotherhood in Christ

Notre Dame of Mount Carmel Parish in the Cedar Knolls neighborhood of Hanover Township on Feb. 1 welcomed Bishop Kevin J. Sweeney, who celebrated a Mass for the 25th Men’s Cornerstone Retreat that weekend.

Father Vidal Gonzales Jr., Notre Dame’s pastor, concelebrated the Mass with Bishop Sweeney. Cornerstone participants and a Knights of Columbus color guard were among those who participated in the liturgy.

Notre Dame wrote on social media, “Our Men’s Cornerstone Ministry stands as a beacon of faith, ready to welcome 26 candidates to Men’s Cornerstone XXV — a milestone marking 25 years of powerful testimonies, unwavering brotherhood, and transformative journeys to Christ. Through faith and fellowship, men have walked together, lifting one another and deepening their relationship with God.”
