On Wednesday March 25, Dr. David Marzak — an author, a professor of Political Philosophy and Catholic Social Teaching, the founder of the Kolbe House of Studies, and a lay missionary for over 30 years — will present “Human Dignity and Catholic Social Teaching” in the St Lawrence church hall in Chester. The presentation will be from 7 to 8:30 p.m.

At the heart of Catholic Social Teaching (CST) is its first principle, “The Life and Dignity of the Human Person.” This presentation explores the biblical origins and Church teachings on the dignity of the human person, the ramifications and implications for modern day real world issues and the Catholic response.
