Bishop Kevin J. Sweeney confirmed three young women on April 6 at Our Lady of Fatima (OLF) Parish in the Highland Lakes neighborhood of Vernon Township during a Mass he celebrated. The bishop confirmed Taylor Marie Anne Birmingham, Vanesa Marie Curry, and Mary Cameron Elizabeth Duffy. Father Babu Thelappilly, OLF’s pastor, concelebrated the Mass with Bishop Sweeney. Father Jared Brogan, director of the diocesan Worship Office, was the master of ceremonies. Deacon Bill Aquino and Deacon Jerzy Chciuk assisted with the liturgy.
