Bishop Kevin J. Sweeney helped St. Joseph’s University Medical Center in Paterson celebrate National Nurses Week by commemorating a special noon Mass on May 5 in the chapel. Pastoral, administrative, and medical staff participated in the liturgy, which honored the medical center’s 1,600 nurses for their daily dedication and commitment to providing exceptional patient care. Bishop Sweeney blessed the hands of nurses and staff at the Mass.
