Knights of Columbus Marquette Council 588 thanks the greater Sussex County community for its record-breaking generosity during this year’s Fourth of July Flags for Veterans activity at the Sparta Elks Parade in Sparta, N.J. For decades, this support has powered the Knights’ Veterans Fund, aiding local VA hospitals, VFW programs, and other veteran initiatives, which include the annual Diocese of Paterson Catholic Charities and Knights of Columbus Tank Pull, which raises additional funds for veteran services. Inspired by the principle of patriotism, the Knights invite Catholic men who want to serve to join them in meaningful local action.
