Feminine Genius Brunch: Spiritual Motherhood

Explore the unique role of women in building a culture of life, grounded in the Church’s teaching on the feminine genius. Speaker for this session is Sister Jessica Castillo, FMA. Sister Castillo entered the Salesian Sisters in 2019 and made her first profession in 2024. Before entering religious life, she taught in K-8 Catholic schools in Brooklyn and the Bronx for eight years and served as a missionary with Corazón Puro. Today, Sr. Jessica continues to accompany young people in their faith journey with a heart dedicated to education, evangelization, and personal growth. Inspired by St. John Bosco’s preventative system of reason, religion, and loving-kindness, she strives to help young people discover their God-given dignity, purpose, and vocation.
