Girl Scout Erin Meehan of Troop 95025 completed a project for her Gold Award, the highest award in Girl Scouting, by creating a sidewalk playground for the preschool at St. Luke Parish in the Long Valley neighborhood of Washington Township. Completed in April, the playground has many sidewalk games, including hopscotch, alphabet stomp, number stomp, balance beam, and long jump. It allows preschoolers to play outdoors when their outdoor playground is inaccessible.
