In Parsippany, sisters’ community receives women into Associate Program

The Society of the Sisters of the Church received Joyce Chan and Jane Johnson, both parishioners of St. Peter the Apostle Parish in Parsippany, into their Associate Program on May 17.

The event took place during a Mass at St. Peter the Apostle Church, which was celebrated by Father David Pickens, pastor of the parish. Deacon Peter Cistaro assisted with the Mass.

Chan and Johnson made their commitments for the first time, while the sisters and associates in attendance renewed theirs. A luncheon followed at the parish hall.
