National Catholic Youth Conference 2025

Nov. 20–22 • Indianapolis, IN

Embark on a transformative three-day journey at the National Catholic Youth Conference (NCYC) designed for high school teens and their chaperones. Unite with youth from across the nation to encounter Christ through the 2025 theme, I Am | Yo Soy. Inspired by God’s encounter with Moses at the burning bush, this theme celebrates how the Sacraments reveal God’s love, un ite us with Josus and the Church, and bring the tangible presence of lmmanuel — God with us.

Registration by Sept. 15, 2025
(Deadline, no exceptions)
NCYC has a new registration system this year. A link will be sent to Youth ministers/adult leaders to be forwarded to participants and parents to fill out online forms.

By Oct. 1, 2025
1. Diocesan Health Information Form for each participant. Copy of Health form must be sent to jcammarata@patersondiocese.org 

2. The chaperone list and the hotel rooming list can be emailed to jcammarata@patersondiocese.org 

3. Chaperone List (list of adults attending NCYC with their full name, home address, and parish. All adults must be in compliance with the Diocese of Paterson Protecting God’s Children Policy.

5. Payment for registration, hotel, and shirts must be paid on the St. Paul Inside the Walls Website (please itemize your single payment as directed on the web page)

Price Breakdown (subject to change)
NCYC fees – $360 per person
Hotel – $698.49 per room (three nights/4 people per room max)
T-shirt – $10

Transportation and meals are the responsibility of each individual parish/school.
