As the season of Advent begins, Bishop Kevin J. Sweeney recommended Hallow App’s Advent challenge on his Instagram account to get all into the spirit and prepare for the birth of the Baby Jesus.
The Bishop wrote:
“Happy Advent! I hope everyone had a wonderful Thanks-giving weekend and that your Advent is off to a good and prayerful beginning.
“Do you know about and will you be joining the Hallow App’s ‘Pray 25’ Advent Challenge?
“I hope that many will join in this opportunity to pray together. I hope that all in our Diocese will have a very blessed and prayerful Advent as we begin our journey with Mary and Joseph that will lead us to the stable in Bethlehem to celebrate the Birth of our Savior at Christmas.”
