The Legion of Mary of the Immaculate Conception Parish in Franklin had a booth at the recent Franklin Carnival. The group welcomed visitors, gave out Catholic literature, rosaries, and miraculous medals, and had “holy reminders” for children. Mary touched the hearts of three young people when legion members explained some mysteries of the faith. Later in the week, members distributed baby feet magnets and displayed models of preborn babies. Many middle and high schoolers were open to listening about how life begins at conception. Many families with young children enjoyed seeing the models of the babies.
