Hosted by our Parish Nurses & Wellness Ministry, this presentation will help participants cope and thrive during periods of change (e.g., retirement, empty nesting, divorce, relocation, widowhood, change in work environment, or any significant life change). Change is challenging, but being equipped with tools like social support, mindfulness, gratitude, and spirituality can ease the process. Presented by parishioner Kristen Stahl, LPC, LCADC.
